All of the staff at TGBS are recruited because of their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to our children’s best interests.
We are recruiting teachers from the UK and the wider English-speaking world, who are well-versed in the Primary and Secondary curricula, from Year 3 up to IGCSE and A Levels.
Most importantly, alongside excellent spoken English, we look for teachers who are:
committed to securing the highest possible academic outcomes for children;
keen to harness the highest calibre of modern communications technology to do so;
capable of combining proven learning methods with creative engagement and innovation; and
inspired by a constant personal desire to improve as a teacher.
As the school grows through the Secondary Year Groups, additional senior staff and teachers with experience of teaching IGCSE and A Levels will be appointed to take up responsibility for delivering those Courses.
