Parents and TGBS are required to sign an agreement in relation to what we can expect of each other as we work together to give your child the very best education possible.
This agreement is signed at the same time as the first fee is paid and lasts throughout the child’s time with TGBS. Any amendments or updates will only be made at the end of the academic year (June) so that parents are fully aware if anything new is expected from the following September.
Of course, if a change is made, parents will be able to review such change(s) and either re-sign the new contract or withdraw their child if they so wish.
The agreement covers such matters as
TGBS’s responsibilities
TGBS’s responsibilities to provide tuition, recorded lessons, assessments, general information, conditions for the child’s promotion from one year to the next, and details of any refund of fees which might be considered under certain circumstances when a child leaves before the end of an academic year
Parents’ responsibilities
Parents’ responsibilities with regards to fee payments, feedback of concerns to the school, support for their children’s learning, the provision of certain equipment in order to access tuition, and protocols in relation to conduct during live lessons.
Please note that the legal jurisdiction to be applied in relation to the provision of educational services through TGBS is that which pertains at the time within the United Kingdom.
